We needed window furnishings for several rooms and did not know where to begin. The team explained the difference between Roller, Roman and Zebra blinds in a way that was easy to understand. The final choices are practical, easy to use and suit our home perfectly.

What stood out most was the honest advice. The team listened to what we needed, considered our budget and recommended an option that worked well for the room. Communication was clear throughout, and the curtains fit beautifully.

We ordered sheers and blockout curtains for our bedroom. The sheers soften the daylight beautifully, while the blockout layer gives us the privacy and light control we needed. The quality and finish were exactly what we were hoping for.

We were unsure which curtains would suit our living room, but the team took the time to explain the different fabrics, linings and header styles. There was no pressure to choose the most expensive option. The finished curtains look beautiful and have completely changed the feel of the room.

The entire process was straightforward and personal. We visited the Wacol showroom with a few photos of our home, and the team helped us narrow down the colours and fabrics without making the decision feel overwhelming. We are very happy with the final result.
